This is foundation stone number one: what you believe about yourself isn’t necessarily true; in fact it could be absolute rubbish! Your self-image is based on what you’ve been told, what you’ve been taught, and what you’ve observed – and chances are you’ve received some pretty inaccurate information over the years.
Many of us have gone through our lives believing ourselves to be stupid, or ugly, or not worthy, and the list goes on. Foundations for Life is about challenging those beliefs and finding the evidence to either support them, or to finally put them to rest. It’s also about working out what your values are, because only then do you have a reference point for success.
